- If you have not already done so, please submit Summer Reading Work (Monday, September 14 is the deadline). Students will sign up to present.
- Student Info and Class Contracts are due Monday, September 14
- Thank you for all of the supplies and donations. Our classroom is fully stocked!
- Please make sure chromebooks are charged at home and brought to school daily in a protective sleeve.

Friday ReCAPWe had a fantastic start to the year! We worked on some community building activities and brainstormed ideas for rewards.
In ELA, we had small group and whole class discussions about theme. Students also completed an independent reflection project. This piece will be added to their ELA portfolios.
In Science, students created the cover for the science portion of their binders.
In Religion (5B), we discussed "Blessings." Students wrote a blessing on a gold star. The gold stars are displayed on our religion bulletin board. -
A Look to the Week Ahead...Students will need to have an Independent Reading (IR) book with them at all times. This may be a book from home, from the library, or borrowed from the classroom. The book should be a chapter book or novel.
