STUDENT TRANSPORTATION CHANGES

Please be aware that changes to your child’s transportation can ONLY be submitted through the Google Form.  I have attached the link below.

Please complete the attached form if your child has  a change to their regular school-day schedule, including:

• Leaving school early
• Changes to their regular transportation

All transportation change requests must be submitted before 1:30 p.m.
On Early Dismissal Days, submissions must be made before 11:30 a.m.

Changes After the Deadline

Any changes submitted after 1:30 p.m. (or 11:30 a.m. on an Early Dismissal Day) MUST be called into the school office.
