EDP Forms
(Before and After Care)

SEPTEMBER EDP DATES:  9/4 - 9/26     

PLEASE NOTE: EDP DATES DO NOT ALWAYS COINCIDE WITH THE CALENDAR MONTH.

Outstanding EDP fees from the 2024 - 2025 school year MUST be reconciled prior to use of service in the new school year. EDP services will be denied until accounts are reconciled. 

GENERAL INFORMATION:
BEFORE CARE and AFTER CARE registration is ongoing, but you must register prior to using the service. The $25 registration fee MUST accompany the registration form. 

AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS AND SPORTS. It is imperative to communicate a change in transportation to the homeroom teacher with a note in the morning.  Parents must also communicate AND give consent to Mrs. Mauro if another parent/guardian/coach will sign out their child from EDP.  For sports starting at or after 4:30, once a student is signed out of EDP, they should be picked up by a parent/guardian at the conclusion of that sport.

BEFORE CARE DROP OFF IS AT PREK3 MOBILE CLASSROOMS 
Drive past the front of the school via St. Benedict Way, and around wing 1. Park between wing 1 and wing 2. Walk up the ramp, there is a doorbell to the side of the double doors. To exit, continue around the back of the school and exit near the church onto Bethany Road.

AFTERCARE PICK-UP IS AT DOOR # 16.

Drive past the front of the school via St. Benedict Way, and around Wing 1. Park between Wing 1 and Wing 2. Door #16 is at the end of Wing 2. There is a doorbell on the upper left of the door. To exit, Please drive back towards the main parking lot and exit via Hillcrest Rd. DO NOT drive around the back of the school via the playground side.
