Welcome!
The Garden Club is a service club for Middle School students who are interested in maintaining our Tower Gardens and the gardens in The Great Outdoor Learning Center. This club was founded by two seventh graders, Joseph Campasano and Evan Akunwafor, in 2026 to help our gardens continue to thrive each year.
Families have the opportunity to help in the GOLC over the summer with our Summer Squad.

Summer SquadOur SBS Garden Summer Squad provides families the opportunity to visit the Great Outdoor Learning Center {G.O.L.C.} over the summer and help with garden maintenance. Tasks include watering, weeding, and making sure walkways are free of weeds, sticks, and/or other debris. This is a work share program where middle schoolers can receive service hours for their time and participants are welcome to harvest whatever food may be ready during their scheduled week. Please be mindful of how much is taken at one time.Use this Signup Link to choose your week! Please pick at least two days during the week you select to visit the garden and state them in the "comments" section when possible, so others can plan accordingly. After signing up, you will receive an email with further details. Upon arrival, make sure to scan the QR code on the GOLC gate to SIGN IN.
