The students have been very busy growing outdoors in the GOLC and indoors with the Tower Gardens. Our gardens are thriving and students taste tested the greens they grew on the Towers this month. Students picked two greens of their choice, measured their size, sketched what they looked like, and reflected how they enjoyed eating it raw. The GOLC will be harvested in the coming weeks before the frost arrives. Additionally, a big thank you to all the students for their hard work in composting during lunchtime to help create soil for Spring. Well done, SBS! Keep up the great work!
